Creative Services Manager

Summary:

The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a sharp eye for brand consistency and a passion for elevating the customer experience through compelling design. This individual leads the development and execution of creative across all touchpoints of the Innove, Inc. suite of brands – including packaging, print, digital, social, and trade show materials – ensuring every asset reflects a cohesive, on-brand look and feel. This role requires strong design proficiency, sound project management skill, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with brand, product, and marketing team members to bring creative concepts to life.

  • Brand Execution : Translate brand strategy into consistent, high-quality creative across all touchpoints, ensuring adherence to visual standards, typography, imagery, and brand guidelines.
  • Partner with Brand and Product Managers to translate brand strategy and campaign briefs into compelling creative concepts across print, digital, and packaging.
  • Partner with the Social Media & Email Managers to develop on-brand creative assets for social and email campaigns, ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Relationship Management : Manage outside creative agencies, photographers, and freelance contributors as needed, ensuring on-brand, on-budget, on-time delivery.
  • Digital Commerce: Oversee the creation and standardization of e-commerce assets across digital platforms, including website, app, marketplace, and retailer requirements.
  • Packaging & Technical Design: Manage packaging and product decoration design while translating technical information into clear, polished visual materials such as manuals, diagrams, and instructional guides.
  • Physical & Event Collateral: Direct creative development for trade shows, events, environmental graphics, product catalogs, point-of-purchase materials, and print advertising.
  • Education & Training Materials: Lead creative execution for educational content, including printed materials, presentation decks, training tools, and digital course modules.
  • Video Production: Serve as a key video producer and editor, partnering with marketing and social teams to create premium, engaging content for organic and paid channels including but not limited to - YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Strategic Growth Alignment: Ensure creative execution supports broader brand, marketing, product launch, and business growth objectives.
  • Innovation : Stay current on design trends and bring forward recommendations that keep Innove, Inc.’s brands visually fresh and competitive.
  • Project Management: Manage assigned creative initiatives through the company’s project management system, ensuring projects are delivered on time and all final assets are properly organized and archived.
  • Flexibility : Ability to be very nimble and flexible as project priorities change; superior collaborator & communicator.

Skills/Characteristics Needed for Success:

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of design/creative experience, ideally with a beauty, fashion, personal care, or lifestyle brand.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, packaging, and multi-channel creative work.
  • Experience leading projects, where you had primary/sole accountability for results.
  • Have a track record of resourcefulness (finding a way no matter the obstacle) and independent initiative.
  • Experience directing photo and video shoots is a plus.
  • Experience branding products for businesses and consumers is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

The person in this position normally works in an office environment and must be able to remain stationary majority of the day behind a desk utilizing a PC and telephone. The position requires periodic trips into the plant and occasionally moving up to 20 pounds.

Travel:

Some car travel required. Occasional overnight travel: possible overnight / flight travel. Hours vary according to need, must be available nights and weekends for planned events.
