What does a freelance project manager in interior design do?

A Freelance Project Manager in Interior Design oversees and coordinates all aspects of interior design projects on a contractual basis. Their responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, and communication between clients, designers, contractors, and vendors. They ensure that the project is completed according to the client’s vision, within budget, and on schedule.
