Experience innovative technology and exceptional opportunities. If you’re looking to leverage your abilities to make a real difference – and real change in the health care industry – you belong at Banner Health. Apply today.

Phoenix is Arizona’s major city and the fifth most populated city in the United States. It includes the posh resorts and green golf courses of Scottsdale, Tempe’s lively college-town vibes, arts-friendly Mesa and pro-sports hub Glendale, several American Indian tribal lands, and the suburban cities of Chandler and Gilbert.

Banner Health is a nationally recognized healthcare organization offering an exciting opportunity to join a newly evolving Brand Studio at a pivotal time in its development. This is a hybrid role requiring candidates to reside within one hour of the Phoenix Metro area, with a standard schedule of 9am–5pm and occasional weekend coverage for events. You will collaborate alongside marketing strategists, creative partners, writers, and digital teams while gaining exposure to diverse, meaningful projects that impact patients, caregivers, physicians, and communities.

We're seeking a strategic, experienced Multimedia Production Specialist who is more producer than content creator, owning projects from concept through completion including writing, shooting, editing, and posting. You will serve as the production lead managing all phases of video production while coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and freelancers with strong leadership and delegation skills. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the full production lifecycle and is equally comfortable stepping into a hands-on role when budget or resource constraints call for it.

Within Banner Health Corporate, you will have the opportunity to apply your unique experience and expertise in support of a nationally-recognized healthcare leader. We offer stimulating and rewarding careers in a wide array of disciplines. Whether your background is in Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Managed Care Programs or Public Relations, you'll find many options for contributing to our award-winning patient care.

7. Creates or directs creation of video, audio, photography, animation, and other multimedia content; provide creative direction and feedback to internal Brand Management team and external partners; and ensure all multimedia content aligns with Banner Health's brand guidelines and messaging standards.

8. Supports, as needed, select high-priority in-house production projects directly; collaborate with marketing, communications, content and other functions to understand multimedia needs, as well as serve as subject matter expert on multimedia production capabilities and best practices.
