Familiarity with project management software (like Trello or Asana), Adobe Creative Suite, and print specification tools is commonly required. We love working with talented people, and we continually look for compassionate co-workers with a collaborative spirit to add to our community. Our work moves quickly and we're great at coming together to find creative solutions for our clients' most interesting problems. CTP's wide range of work can be seen here.
CTP is looking for a rockstar Integrated Project Manager who will be responsible for the agency's project workflow and resourcing, team collaboration, internal deadlines for our clients - with some aspects of this role being client facing. To succeed you'll need to be organized and detail oriented, positive and solutions-oriented, resourceful under pressure, and be a troubleshooting master who can problem-solve quickly.
What You'll Do
Core Responsibilities | Project Management & Workflow
  • Own agency-wide project workflow across traditional, digital and video work, keeping all active projects moving forward daily and ensuring deadlines are met across accounts
  • Partner with our Creative Directors for project resourcing, assigning projects to the right creatives based on capability, capacity, and account needs
  • Project manage and partner with our Sr Video Editor on small run-and-gun video productions from pre-production through delivery
  • Develop project estimates and schedules, always looking for ways to streamline and improve how we work
  • Partner with Brand Management and Creative leadership to review priorities, flag concerns proactively, and align on solutions before issues escalate
  • Lead weekly agency status meetings and internal budget/resourcing check-ins
  • Look for ways to continuously improve how the agency works, embracing new tools and approaches, including AI, to create efficiencies and free up time for higher-value work
  • Ensure all projects follow agency process/internal approval steps and confirm accuracy of deliverables - proofing all assets and specs prior to trafficking/delivery
  • Assist Finance with production billing, ensuring all POs are accurate and approved
  • Own and optimize Monday.com as the agency's central project management platform - continuously improving dashboards, workflows, and visibility for the whole team

As-Needed Support
  • Manage key vendors, like print production resources, for project deliverables, as needed
  • Source and manage freelance creatives/producers for projects that require additional resources
  • Serve as a capable internal resource for basic website updates and content management - knowing when to handle in-house and when to engage a partner for larger requests
  • Support the team with HubSpot management and basic digital project coordination as needed, like the agency newsletter

What You Bring
  • Ability to commute to our Boston office 2x/week (Tuesday and Wednesday).
  • 5-8 years of project management experience, ideally in an agency or creative environment
  • Google Suite and Microsoft Office; Adobe Suite familiarity
  • Proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management platforms
  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms; ability to make basic updates and manage small digital projects independently
  • Some hands-on experience producing video projects, from simple run-and-gun shoots to coordinating freelance resources
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and genuine curiosity about how they can improve workflow and efficiency
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and the ability to stay steady under pressure

Please note, all employees are required to be in-office at our CTP location on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
The salary range for these roles is $70,000 - $90,000 annually. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and market data. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative, supportive culture focused on delivering breakthrough ideas for our clients.
We are an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment. If you require a reasonable accommodation to complete any part of the application process or in your work once hired, please contact our Human Resources Department.
