Job Summary:
The Project Manager is a highly organized, solutions-oriented team member who has mastered coordinator-level responsibilities and is now stepping into broader ownership across projects, accounts, and internal operations. This individual can independently manage small-to-medium complexity campaigns while supporting senior team members on larger initiatives. They bring a growing expertise in OOH print production, vendor management, timelines, quoting, and cross-functional collaboration, while helping drive efficiency, mentorship and best practices across the department.
This role requires someone who learns quickly, takes initiative, communicates confidently, and balances day-to-day execution with a forward-thinking mindset focused on innovation, education, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Production Expertise & Execution
  • Independently manage small-to-medium campaigns from kickoff through completion, including timelines, quoting, vendor coordination, understanding of OOH specs, media owner requirements and installation constraints, production tracking and delivery.
  • Has knowledge and experience with print production formats such as traditional & unique roadside media, transit, airport programs, promotional products, bar media, wild postings and specialty formats such as Day Glo inks, Lenticular, lighting technology and several other non-traditional OOH units.
  • Familiarity with file prep standards (bleed, DPI, color profiles, large format scaling).
  • Experience with production tracking tools / systems.
  • Understanding of materials (vinyl, fabrics, sustainable substrates, finishes).
  • Intermediate color proofing skills and production quality control standards.
  • Knowledge of landlord approvals, permitting considerations and real-world feasibility, know how to decipher city regulations and limitations and where to seek out this information.
  • Ensure all final deliverables meet approved specs, timelines and creative intent.
  • Strong quality control mindset, with ability to manage multiple projects, with competing timelines across several markets.

Cross-Functional & Client Collaboration
  • Identify opportunities to enhance ideas with innovative formats or materials; being able to translate creative intent into production solutions, not just execute.
  • Understanding feasibility and recommending solutions that balance cost, quality and impact.
  • Contribute to early-stage planning, not just post-brief execution and quoting, being able to collaborate seamlessly across media/account teams vendors/printers and clients to align on deliverables and next steps.
  • Confidence to present production solutions directly to a client; being able to simplify technical production details into clear client language (verbal and written)
  • Assist in the added value sell in of sustainable options and make thoughtful recommendations that balance client goals with environmental impact.

Budget & Vendor Management
  • Manage campaign budgets and tracking, ensuring projects stay within scope and financial targets.
  • Proactively flag overages, savings or budget risks and provide solutions or next steps; finding efficiencies where able.
  • Negotiate with vendors, vet new partners and maintain strong working relationships to ensure value, quality and reliability.
  • Support department revenue growth by sourcing vendors that unlock new formats, services, or efficiencies.
  • Stay informed on sustainable materials, partners and processes that could enhance project outcomes or department offerings.

Communication & Leadership
  • Strengthen verbal communication skills by actively contributing in status meetings, brainstorms and client discussions.
  • Demonstrate strong written communication skills with clear, concise and audience-appropriate messaging across emails, decks and client materials.
  • Give timely, constructive feedback to peers and managers, including finding ways to help elevate team growth, improving on workflows/efficiencies.
  • Recognize mistakes or inconsistencies in work and address them proactively.
  • Know when to escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders without creating unnecessary noise or negativity.
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.

Job Specifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in work field
  • 3+ years OOH print production experience
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills (written/verbal)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Creative Suite and Monday.com and preferred
  • Self- starter, able to take on small and medium scale projects, multi-projects and be able to prioritize appropriately
  • Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must be friendly, professional and capable of building rapport with our vendors, our clients and our colleagues.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$70,000-$80,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
