Job description

A current Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification (Architect Professional or Architect Associate) is strongly preferred.

This role focuses on designing cloud architectures primarily for Oracle Cloud along with AWS, Azure, frameworks, governance models, and cloud standards for the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, multi/hybridcloud architectures. This role may require guiding engineering teams or supplementing their skill sets. A strong foundation in onpremises infrastructure is essential due to hybrid integrations and migration initiatives. The organization is also planning to expand InfrastructureasCode capabilities.

 

Key Skills

  • OCI: 6–9 years
  • Azure / AWS / Google Cloud Platform: 1–2 years each (nice to have)
  • Hybrid Infrastructure: 4–6 years
  • Cloud Networking: 4–6 years
  • Cloud DevOps / Automation: 4–6 years

Extensive experience with cloud servers and environments with configuration, patching, network and VLAN configuration, backups, system monitoring and alerts.
