About the Role

We are hiring an Oracle Cloud Solution Architect to support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and HCM applications. This role will focus on technical configuration, quarterly release impact analysis, testing coordination, security setup, integrations, and long-term application maintenance. The ideal candidate should have strong Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise, ERP implementation experience, and the ability to work closely with business, IT, vendor, and implementation partner teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud technical configurations.
  • Support fast formulas, custom fields, and application performance.
  • Review quarterly releases and patch impacts.
  • Coordinate testing and validation with business teams.
  • Lead testing for fixes, enhancements, and deployments.
  • Create test plans, scripts, and documentation.
  • Design custom security roles and support audits.
  • Monitor application performance, reliability, and recoverability.
  • Troubleshoot Oracle Fusion application issues.
  • Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and Oracle support.
  • Write functional and technical specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.

  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion configurations, custom fields, and fast formulas.
  • Strong understanding of Fusion integrations and third-party systems.
  • Experience leading requirements, design, testing, and rollout activities.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion data dictionary and object relationships.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to mentor engineers across different technical areas.
