Guide the setup and configuration of push provisioning integrations for new and existing clients, ensuring accurate implementation and swift product adoption. Review technical documentation and validate configuration requirements across mobile applications, processors, and wallet providers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (engineering, product, client success) and external partners (issuers, processors, TSPs, mobile app providers) as necessary to coordinate onboarding activities and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
Operational Execution & System Navigation:

Analyze onboarding workflows and recommend modifications to support continuous process improvement, scalability, and risk reduction. Document procedures and contribute to maintaining clear and organized knowledge resources (e.g., Confluence).
Client Support & Documentation Review:
Read and interpret semi-technical documentation including implementation guides, and configuration requirements. Support clients by ensuring accurate and timely configuration of multiple systems. Support client needs and requests after project completion.
Qualifications
Operational Discipline & Accountability:
Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter, manage multiple onboarding efforts concurrently, and deliver accurate results with a high level of accountability.

Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey operational processes and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable interpreting and following structured operational documentation and instructions, while thinking critically and adjusting in real time when situations require flexibility or clarification.

This position is primarily sedentary and requires extended periods of sitting and working at a computer. The role frequently involves viewing computer screens, reading detailed documentation, and entering data, which may require repetitive hand and finger movements and occasional eyestrain. The employee may occasionally stand, walk, bend, or lift office materials weighing up to 10 pounds. Limited travel may be required based on business or client needs.
