- Participate in client communications, documenting business objectives and project requirements under the guidance of a Research Manager or Director.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, data scientists, and research operations colleagues across project workstreams.
- Apply and develop familiarity with AI-powered tools used for survey automation, data synthesis, and content analysis as part of the team's evolving workflow.
- You have 12 years of experience in custom market research, data analysis, or a related research environment.
- You have academic and practical exposure to a range of research methodologies, including new product, brand, advertising, and customer satisfaction research.
- You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and have working knowledge of Q, SPSS, SAS, or equivalent statistical software. Experience with R, Python, or data visualization tools is a plus.
- You have hands-on experience programming surveys in platforms such as Decipher, Qualtrics, or ConfirmIT.
- You understand survey methodology fundamentals, including best practices for questionnaire design, statistical weighting, and data validation.

- You communicate clearly in both written and verbal form, and can present findings in a structured, accessible way.
- You are detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines, and comfortable operating with some ambiguity.
- You are curious about AI-powered tools and open to applying them within research workflows, including survey automation and data synthesis.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, statistics, mathematics, political science, communications, or a related field. A Master's or advanced degree is a plus.
