Job description

The Senior Video Specialist is responsible for the creation, production, and delivery of high-quality video content that supports marketing, branding, communications, and training initiatives. This role combines creative storytelling with technical expertise and project leadership, overseeing video projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in video production, editing, and post-production, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.

Lead end-to-end video production, including concept development, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production
Collaborate with marketing, communications, and business teams to translate ideas into engaging visual content
Direct on-site or studio shoots, including lighting, sound, and camera operation
Edit video content using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects as needed
Ensure all video content aligns with brand standards and messaging guidelines
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality expectations
Oversee and mentor junior video staff or external vendors when applicable
Maintain and manage video equipment, assets, and digital media libraries
Optimize video content for various platforms (social media, web, internal communications, etc.)
Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in video production

Bachelor’s degree in film, Media Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in video production, editing, or multimedia content creation
Advanced proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
Strong understanding of lighting, audio, camera equipment, and production techniques
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality video content across multiple formats
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience creating content for digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc.)

The expected salary range for this role is (USD $58,500.00 - USD $75,000.00 Yr.)
