Pay Range: $80 - $85 per hour on W2
Job Summary:
This role requires managing key IT Facilities and Infrastructure projects with a focus on structured cabling and network setups including WAN/LAN/WLAN and DAS systems. The IT Facilities & Infrastructure Project Manager will effectively lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring optimal use of resources and adherence to timelines. The ideal candidate will manage multiple large-scale projects concurrently, demonstrating robust project management skills and the ability to streamline process improvements and strategic implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project team meetings, coordinate actions, track project deliverables, and communicate updates.
  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritize strategically to meet project goals and deliverables.
  • Drive schedule planning and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
  • Utilize project management tools to provide insights, plan, and manage extensive IT initiatives, mitigating potential risks.
  • Develop and manage integrated project dashboards and assist in deploying IT Project Management tool ecosystems.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management.
  • Proficiency with Project Management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel, MS Project).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
