Required Skills & Experience:
Automation Proficiency: Proven ability to design and implement automation solutions - adept in scripting and programming (Python or similar), API integration, and using automation frameworks or tools to connect systems and streamline processes.
AI Integration: Experience integrating AI components into existing software or IT environments, ensuring compatibility and robust performance in real-world scenarios.
Security Awareness: Solid understanding of AI security and data privacy best practices. Able to incorporate encryption, data protection, and ethical AI considerations into development and deployment.
Independent Problem-Solving: Self-driven and resourceful, capable of working autonomously to troubleshoot complex problems and drive projects to completion without close supervision.
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding of project goals.
AI/ML Expertise: Some foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with hands-on experience building AI agents or models (e.g. NLP assistants, predictive algorithms) and deploying them in production
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Telecom Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with telecom networks or IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) environments is a plus. Experience with Nokia IMS network elements or similar telecom systems is advantageous.
Domain Experience: Previous work in telecommunications, network automation, or related industry experience can be beneficial.Experience with Redhat openshift deployments and automation is a plus.
