Job Description:
Database Lead/Architect to design, govern, optimize, and modernize enterprise data platforms across SQL and NoSQL technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for database architecture, performance tuning, scalability, security, cloud data platforms, and data modernization initiatives while providing technical leadership to development and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise-scale database architectures supporting high-volume transactional and analytical workloads.
  • Lead database modernization, migration, and cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Define data modeling standards, governance policies, and database best practices.
  • Architect high-availability, disaster recovery, backup, and replication solutions.
