Role A: Content Moderator (The Guardian)
Focus: Online Safety & Community Integrity As a Content Moderator, you are the frontline protector of the internet. You will review user-generated content to ensure it meets safety standards and community guidelines.
  • Key Responsibilities: Review posts, images, and videos; enforce policies with fairness; handle sensitive content with empathy; and support crisis management regarding misinformation.

Role B: Content Rating Specialist (The AI Architect)
Focus: Large Language Models (LLM) & AI Training In this role, you help "teach" AI how to think and communicate. You will interact with cutting-edge AI systems to test their accuracy and refine their logic.
  • Key Responsibilities: Beta-test LLMs; grade AI responses for accuracy; interact with AI from a system perspective; and extract/annotate data from long-form audio and text.
