As a freelance professional, you will have the autonomy to manage priorities while contributing directly to the organization's legal strategy and risk management.
This is a strong opportunity for a seasoned legal professional seeking a flexible engagement with meaningful organizational impact.

Accountabilities
  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day legal activities, ensuring that legal matters are handled efficiently and in accordance with applicable requirements.
  • Provide strategic and practical legal advice to leadership and relevant stakeholders on corporate and operational matters.
  • Monitor applicable laws, regulations, and legal developments and assess their potential impact on business activities.
  • Support the organization in maintaining compliance with relevant legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Review, draft, and advise on contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal documentation as required.
  • Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies to protect the organization's interests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external legal professionals when specialized advice or additional legal support is required.
  • Help establish and maintain effective legal processes, documentation, and governance practices.
  • Provide clear, commercially minded recommendations that enable the organization to make informed business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a legal professional, Legal Manager, Corporate Counsel, or in a comparable legal leadership role.
  • Strong background in corporate law and experience advising organizations on a range of business-related legal matters.
  • Solid understanding of applicable legal and regulatory frameworks, with the ability to identify and address compliance risks.
  • Experience reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, policies, and other corporate legal documents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple legal matters and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong professional judgment, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive legal and business matters.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as a freelance professional in a flexible, remote environment.
  • Relevant legal qualifications and authorization to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
Benefits
  • Freelance engagement with a flexible, part-time structure.
  • Remote working arrangement.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of important legal and compliance activities.
  • Strategic exposure to a growing, technology-driven marketplace.
