Who We Are Looking For?
We're building our expert pipeline of outstanding freelance engineers and developers for upcoming client projects. These include roles across a variety of specializations such as full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, data engineering, testing and automation, platform engineering, and more.
This is not tied to a specific position but offers the opportunity to join our expert network. You'll be among the first we reach out to when new freelance opportunities go live.
Key Responsibilities:
Will vary depending on the specific engineering or development role, but may include:
  • Architecting scalable and secure applications
  • Building APIs and frontend interfaces
  • Automating infrastructure and deployments
  • Designing ETL pipelines and data architecture
  • Implementing test automation frameworks
  • Securing infrastructure and cloud environments
  • Participating in remote Agile teams

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Proficiency in one or more technical domains, such as:
    • Backend: Java, Node.js, Python, Go, PHP
    • Frontend: React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS
    • DevOps & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker
    • Data Engineering: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Kafka, Airflow, Spark
    • Quality Assurance: Test automation, performance testing, CI pipelines
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate remotely in international teams
  • Ability to work independently in a distributed team
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
