Job description

Duties: The Instructional Technology and Data Analysis Leader supports school districts and BOCES across the MORIC region by providing leadership, professional development, data analysis, and strategic support for instructional technology and educational data initiatives. This position oversees the Model Schools Instructional Technology team and Educational Data Analysts, who help districts integrate technology and use data effectively to support curriculum, instruction, administrative practices, and informed decision-making.
The Instructional Technology and Data Analysis Leader collaborates with district leaders and regional partners to ensure the effective delivery and ongoing support of instructional technology and educational data services. Responsibilities also include supervising staff, addressing personnel and human resources needs, assisting leaders with state and regional instructional technology and data initiatives, coordinating support for classroom technologies, guiding the use and analysis of educational data, and developing regional professional learning opportunities that strengthen teaching and learning.
Qualifications: A minimum of three years of experience in an educational setting involving professional development, instructional technology integration, instructional design, or educational data analysis is required; experience with staff supervision and curriculum development is preferred.
New York State teaching certification is required. Certification as a School Administrator and Supervisor, School District Administrator, School District Leader, School District Business Leader, or School Building Leader is preferred.
Location of Position: Mohawk Regional Information Center
Term of Employment: 12-Month Position
Salary: Dependent on experience
Starting Date: September 1, 2026
