What You’ll Do

  • Sort and select merchandise for online sale
  • Clean, photograph, and write descriptions for listed items
  • Research item details using online resources
  • List items using ecommerce software with descriptions, photos, and pricing
  • Update inventory and manage orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Provide customer service via email or messaging platforms
  • Monitor online competition and recommending improvements
  • Ensure listings meet quality and compliance standards
