We are a growing fast-paced licensing agent in the Transportation Industry seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will balance traditional front-desk duties—like greeting clients and managing calls—with critical data entry and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong phone communication skills, and a willingness to learn this industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Greet visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate employee if further assistance is needed.
