We are a growing fast-paced licensing agent in the Transportation Industry seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will balance traditional front-desk duties—like greeting clients and managing calls—with critical data entry and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong phone communication skills, and a willingness to learn this industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Greet visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate employee if further assistance is needed.
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and copying.
• Help ensure the front office remains organized, professional, and efficient.
• Perform all other office duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and willing to learn other softwares.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail
