Job description

Robert Half has a client seeking a Digital Marketing Lead with strongย project management skills local to Philadelphia, PA. Youโ€™ll lead the management and coordination of digital initiatives across websites, platforms, and channels, serving as the primary point of contact for marketing stakeholders. In this role, youโ€™ll partner closely with enterprise digital, CRM, and analytics teams to drive alignment, ensure timely delivery, and maintain a high standard of execution across all digital efforts.

This position is instrumental in connecting digital experiences with Salesforce CRM and broader digital channels, helping to create seamless engagement for both prospective and current members. Youโ€™ll also support and contribute to larger enterprise digital marketing strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of digital project plans, balancing immediate priorities with long-term initiatives and supporting a broader website and digital roadmap aligned to business objectives.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for digital efforts, fostering strong partnerships with Marketing teams and key stakeholders to understand needs and drive initiatives forward.
  • Oversee the intake and prioritization of digital work, advising teams on updates, enhancements, and evolving marketing strategies to ensure alignment and feasibility.
  • Manage project intake and execution through RoboHead, ensuring requests are clearly defined, properly scoped, and efficiently delivered.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on project status, offering visibility into timelines, risks, dependencies, and key milestones.
  • Partner with enterprise digital, CRM, and campaign teams to align digital channels with Salesforce CRM, supporting:
  • Integration between website activity, campaigns, and CRM workflows
  • Effective collection and use of engagement data
  • Consistent, seamless experiences across prospective and current member journeys
  • Support the execution of integrated, multi-channel initiatives across web, email, paid media, and CRM-driven communications, ensuring cohesive planning and delivery.
  • Maintain and update website content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), collaborating with the digital content team to:
  • Publish and manage content, images, and documents
  • Uphold brand standards, user experience, accessibility, and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to digital strategy development by sharing insights and recommendations grounded in performance data, stakeholder input, and market trends.
  • Assist in monitoring digital performance, identifying opportunities to improve content effectiveness, user experience, and overall engagement.


Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including intake, prioritization, scheduling, tracking, and on-time delivery.
  • Solid understanding of website structure, digital strategy, user experience (UX), and foundational design principles.
  • Experience working within content management systems (CMS), including:
  • Updating and maintaining website pages
  • Publishing and managing content, images, and documents
  • Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce CRM (or similar platforms), including an understanding of how digital channels integrate with and support CRM workflows.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing and analytics, including:
  • Campaign and web performance metrics
  • SEO best practices
  • Emerging tools and technologies, including AI applications in marketing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in healthcare, health insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Exposure to enterprise digital environments and member- or customer-focused engagement models.
