CarbonWeb is headquartered in Willoughby, Ohio with a branch in San José, Costa Rica and employees spread across the globe. We are seeking to hire multiple roles to build out our cross-functional creative and marketing team, that serves both our internal teams and our clients.

Content Writer Deliver high-quality, on brand messaging that resonates with our audience Perform research to inform your writing and ensure accuracy in final content When needed, perform audits on existing content and work with team to update it Work cross-functionally with our internal teams to write tailored content for a variety of needs (Website, sales, marketing, social media, marketplaces, and more) WordPress Developer Deliver high-quality work following best practices in website development Collaborate with our designers to craft unique and effective web experiences Turn polished Figma designs into responsive WordPress websites / web pages Work with the team to implement well-rounded SEOstrategies and techniques Illustrative Designer Deliver high-quality, on brand illustrations for internal needs Support the creative team throughout the creative ideation process Brainstorm new and innovate ways to convey ideas through visuals Collaborate with the creative team to create custom graphics Animator Deliver high-quality, on brand animations for internal needs Collaborate with the creative team on diverse creative projects Research, storyboard, script, and craft original animations for websites and videos Video Editor Deliver high-quality, on brand videos for internal needs Collaborate with the creative team on diverse creative projects Work cross-functionally with our internal teams to create tailored video content for a variety of needs (Website, sales, social media, marketplaces, and more) Skills/Requirements The skills and traits required for these different roles includes: Ability to work within our timezone (EST/EDT) Willingness to work collaboratively within the creative team Engage with the team to develop and improve our processes Deliver work on time, and clearly communicate any issues with project timelines Provide a consistent schedule of availability Track your work within our monday.com processes Mainly work and communicate across Figma, Discord, and monday.com *Previous experience working on monday.com will be a huge benefit when getting started, but is not a requirement for any of these roles. We are always happy to provide training on our systems and processes.

Compensation As our marketing and creative needs grow, we hope to expand these positions and grow freelance roles into full-time positions as we have in the past. As of now, these positions will be contracted, and paid hourly along with a minimum weekly guarantee based on your agreed upon availability.
