- Projectplannen opstellen en bijhouden voor zowel intern gebruik binnen CRC als voor klanten en projecten, met behulp van MS Project of Excel.
- Fungeren als enig aanspreekpunt (SPOC) voor toegewezen projecten ten opzichte van klanten, aannemers en interne belanghebbenden.
- projectfacturering beheren, evenals interne en externe budgetten en prognoses, op maandelijkse basis met behulp van Excel- en PowerPoint-sjablonen.
- middelen voor je project(en) toetsen aan de verwachtingen van de klant en hierop toezien, en wekelijks en maandelijks updates doorgeven aan Sales en Resource Management.
- documentbeheer- en beoordelingsproces beheren, of – bij grotere projecten – nauw samenwerken met het documentbeheerteam en de BIM-managers, binnen een ACC-omgeving met behulp van Autodesk Forma.
- technische discussies op hoog niveau en draag actief bij aan het begeleiden, coachen of ondersteunen van het ontwerpteam om optimale oplossingen en resultaten te bereiken.
