With our tools, companies can take action to reduce energy costs, improve uptime, and decrease their carbon footprint. Who You Are Janitza North America is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives supporting key growth markets and customer segments in the US. This newly expanded role was created to support Janitza's long-term growth strategy and strengthen our presence across existing and emerging market opportunities. Working closely with Sales, Product Management, Headquarters Marketing, channel partners, and customers, you will be responsible for developing market-focused messaging, executing targeted campaigns, gathering customer insights, and strengthening Janitza's brand presence. Success in this role requires a strategic and customer-focused marketer who enjoys understanding complex customer challenges, translating technical concepts into compelling business value, and building relationships across diverse customer and partner ecosystems. What You'll DoDevelop Market Growth StrategyLead Janitza North America's marketing strategy for key growth markets and customer segments.Develop market and persona-specific messaging that clearly communicates the value of Janitza's solutions.Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to identify opportunities for growth.Build and maintain target persona profiles, including key challenges, objectives, pain points, and buying motivations.Gather Voice of Customer insights through customer interviews, site visits, Lunch & Learn programs, product and sales collaboration, and tradeshow engagement. Own Campaign Development and ExecutionDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting Janitza's growth initiatives.Define campaign objectives, messaging, content requirements, target audiences, channels, and success metrics.Manage campaigns across digital, content, social media, industry publications, events, webinars, channel partner programs, and distributor activities.Measure campaign performance and continuously optimize future initiatives based on results.Benchmark campaign engagement and performance against relevant industry standards. Drive Content and Product Marketing InitiativesTranslate complex technical concepts into meaningful, customer-focused messaging and content.Develop content strategies and creative briefs for internal stakeholders and external agencies.Partner with product managers to align customer and market needs with existing product offerings.Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to help identify product gaps and support future product business cases.Ensure all external-facing content meets Janitza standards for accuracy, professionalism, and brand consistency. Lead Agency and Vendor RelationshipsManage external agencies, freelancers, and marketing partners supporting Janitza's initiatives.Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations.Evaluate agency effectiveness and provide reporting on utilization and outcomes.Support future budget planning and management related to agency services, content development, and industry events. Support Events and Industry EngagementEvaluate and recommend industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and association opportunities.Partner with Sales to establish event objectives and success criteria before participation.Measure event performance using lead generation, engagement metrics, cost-per-lead, and post-event evaluations.Represent Janitza at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, Lunch & Learn sessions, and partner programs. Collaborate Across Global and Regional TeamsPartner closely with U.S. Sales, Product Management, and Marketing teams.Serve as a primary marketing resource supporting strategic business growth initiatives.Work with Headquarters Marketing to localize global campaigns and content for the North American market.Coordinate with channel partners and distributors to support shared business objectives. What You'll BringRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.4-6 years of B2B marketing experience.Proven experience owning or leading marketing campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement.Experience developing messaging, positioning, and content for technical or complex products and solutions.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into actionable marketing programs.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.Ability to travel up to 25%.  Preferred Qualifications:Experience marketing technical, engineering, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, or other complex B2B solutions.Experience supporting channel partner or distributor marketing programs.Experience managing marketing agencies, freelancers, or external vendors.Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing performance analytics. What Will Make You SuccessfulYou are naturally curious and enjoy understanding why customers face certain challenges.
