What You'll Do:
  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and business intelligence reports to support operational and strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver scalable data solutions
  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries (including subqueries, joins, and window functions)
  • Perform SQL performance tuning to improve query efficiency and system performance
  • Partner with application development teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Support testing and validation of internally developed applications and data workflows
  • Analyze data trends and provide insights to improve processes, quality, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems

What We Are Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Analytics role
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex queries, performance tuning, data modeling concepts)
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, INDEX/MATCH, data analysis)
  • Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Experience working with large, complex, or unstructured datasets, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Analytical, curious, and proactive mindset with a drive to understand the "why" behind the data and own solutions end-to-end
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or NVOCC is a plus (or strong interest in learning)
