About the Role

As an ISR SMB, MSP, you will play a critical role in driving Keeper Security's MSP channel growth within the assigned territory. This position focuses on new partner development, inbound lead qualification, and revenue expansion within small-to-midsized MSP accounts. You will work closely with an MSP Account Manager to ensure comprehensive territory coverage, exceptional partner support, and consistent pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and respond promptly to inbound leads, ensuring a strong first impression of Keeper's MSP program and products
  • Manage day-to-day partner requests for pricing, training, and renewals while identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct engaging virtual demos that articulate Keeper's value in cybersecurity, password management, and privileged access solutions
  • Research and reach out to potential MSP, MSSP, and Telco partners to generate new pipeline and drive program adoption
  • Work in tandem with the ISR 2 to transition growing accounts to strategic management while maintaining territory continuity
  • Participate in sales training and enablement activities to build expertise in Keeper's portfolio and develop into a future ISR 2
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) and reporting tools to maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy
  • Ability to travel to and from customer meetings (locally, nationally, and internationally) & rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the company

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, channel development, or B2B SaaS sales
  • Foundational knowledge of the MSP and cybersecurity landscape
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously, deadline driven
  • Comfort with virtual presentations, demos, and CRM-based sales workflows
  • Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management tool, Salesforce is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite programs preferred
  • A positive mindset, team-oriented, results driven, and organized
  • Ambition to grow into a senior sales or strategic account role within Keeper's MSP organization
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
