Account Director 

We're looking for an Account Director to lead the daytoday stewardship of a major CPG brand within a dynamic, integrated agency environment. This role is for a strategic, creatively ambitious leader who thrives at the intersection of client partnership, crossfunctional collaboration, and bestinclass execution.

The Opportunity

As Account Director, you'll shape the strategic and creative output of the business while strengthening client relationships and driving longterm account growth. You'll guide integrated teams across disciplines, mentor rising talent and ensure work is delivered efficiently, on time and at the highest quality.

Working closely with an SVP, Account Director, you'll help grow a brand in a competitive landscape, bringing strong judgment, operational rigor and a sharp creative lens to everything you do.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Lead integrated campaigns across brand, promotional, seasonal, social and digital.
  • Partner with creative, strategy, media, production and analytics teams to deliver impactful work.
  • Build trusted, seniorlevel client relationships and confidently guide decisionmaking.
  • Translate business objectives into clear briefs, strategic direction and actionable feedback.
  • Oversee complex scopes, budgets, timelines and crossagency workstreams.
  • Mentor and develop midlevel and junior talent, strengthening the team and the work.
  • Bring operational discipline and new ways of working to a large, highvolume portfolio.
Qualifications

Experience & Capabilities

  • Proven leadership on large, complex accounts with significant production demands.
  • Deep experience delivering integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital video, social, print and OOH.
  • Fluency in datainformed decisionmaking, creative performance analytics and retail media considerations.
  • Strong financial stewardship across scopes, burn, forecasting and staffing.

 Compensation Range: USD $97,375.00 - USD $139,965.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
