Key Responsibilities

  • Funding Strategy & Pipeline Development: Research and identify federal, state, local, corporate, and private foundation grant opportunities aligned with youth education, creative arts, digital literacy, and workforce development in Southern Nevada.
  • Proposal Writing & Assembly: Craft compelling grant requests, letters of inquiry (LOIs), case statements, and formal proposals tailored to specific funder priorities.
  • Collaboration & Storytelling: Work directly with foundation leadership to translate program curricula, pro forma budgets, and community impact goals into persuasive narratives.
  • Grant Calendar Management: Maintain a tracking system for grant deadlines, submission statuses, reporting requirements, and follow-ups.
  • Compliance & Reporting Support: Assist in gathering metrics and building reporting templates to demonstrate program success and steward funder relationships effectively.
