This position is 100% on-site at our facility in Sunbury, Pennsylvania. You will be here five days a week, Monday through Friday. There is no remote option and no hybrid option, and that does not change after training or after 90 days.
The reason is simple. The content gets made where the coffee gets made. You cannot shoot our roaster, our packaging line, our warehouse, our team, or our products from a laptop somewhere else.
Please apply only if you can reliably commute to Sunbury, PA 17801 every scheduled workday, or you are already planning to relocate to the area before your start date. If your commute is not realistic long term, this will not work for either of us.
About the Role
We roast and package coffee, tea, and more in Sunbury, PA, and we sell it nationwide. We are looking for a Content Creator to shoot, edit, and write the content that puts our brands in front of people every day.
This is a hands-on production role. You will be filming and editing short-form video, shooting and retouching product and lifestyle photography, and writing longer pieces when the need comes up. Our Social Media Manager sets the direction, the priorities, and the publishing calendar. You bring the eye, the hands, and the follow-through to turn a brief into finished content, at volume, on deadline, and on brand.

What You Will Do

• Plan, film, and edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook from briefs, shot lists, and concepts provided by the Social Media Manager
• Produce content at the cadence set in the content calendar and hit weekly volume targets across assigned brands
• Write captions and on-screen copy in each brand's voice, including hooks, hashtags, and calls to action
• Appear on camera, or coordinate on-camera subjects such as employees, customers, and pets, depending on the concept
• Shoot product photography for e-commerce, Amazon and marketplace listings, wholesale materials, and retail partners
• Shoot lifestyle and environmental photography, including set staging, prop selection, and lighting setup
• Retouch, color-correct, crop, and export images to each channel's specifications
• Draft brewing and origin guides, product education, and brand stories
• Produce long-form video such as recipe walkthroughs, facility tours, and product explainers
• Support email and campaign content with imagery and copy
• Provide cross-functional support to other departments as needed
• Follow all Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements and internal safety standards

What We Are Looking For

• A portfolio or reel showing both short-form video and photography. Both, not just one.
• One to three years producing social content, photography, or video, whether in-house, agency, freelance, or through a strong body of personal work
• Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, or comparable tools
• Working knowledge of what actually performs and what actually publishes on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, including format and spec requirements
• Strong written English, with the ability to shift tone between brands
• Dependable and deadline-driven, and comfortable taking creative direction and revision notes
• Ability to produce at volume without letting quality or brand consistency slip
• Ability to juggle several assignments at once when priorities shift
• Degree or coursework in marketing, communications, film, photography, graphic design, or a related field
