Company Description

Sirois Tool Co., Inc. was started in 1960 by Robert Sirois. Originally, the company specialized in cutting tools for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft and other companies.
In the late 1960’s the company started making tooling for the bearing industry. First making cutting tools for screw machines and later making tooling for grinding and other operations.

In 1972 the company was purchased by three long-time employees who built the company into a strong, diversified, manufacturer of precision tooling, gages and parts for many industries. Ownership of the company has continued to pass to other long-time employees.

The company has grown organically and through the acquisitions of Dow Gage in 2005 and North American Spring Tool in 2012 and Northeast Carbide in 2023 where we merged North American Spring Tool and Northeast Carbide which is known for today as Spring Tool Solutions. Today, as always, Sirois Tool Co., Inc. continues to strive to be a preferred vendor to all of our customers, a fair and generous employer and a good neighbor to our community.
