Key Responsibilities

  • Lead territory-level sales planning and execution to achieve revenue goals and brand standards.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and ensure execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with on- and off-premise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact within the assigned territory.
  • Drive distribution, sales volume, and brand visibility by identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence.
  • Conduct daily customer visits and provide follow-up to ensure exceptional service, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor and maintain product distribution, pricing, merchandising, and inventory levels across assigned territory.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, distributor partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Represent the company and its portfolio with professionalism, creating strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Execute in-market activations, tastings, sampling events, and promotional programs to increase consumer awareness and visibility.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support account needs, brand activations, tastings, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • 2+ years of beverage alcohol sales experience
  • Proven track record in achieving sales goals
  • Knowledge of beverage alcohol products
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
