This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Investment Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project based in Netherlands.

This freelance opportunity is designed for investment professionals and knowledgeable finance specialists who want to help shape the next generation of AI. You'll apply your understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and analytical frameworks to evaluate and improve advanced language models. The role involves testing AI systems against realistic investment scenarios, assessing the quality of their financial reasoning, and identifying areas where models fail or oversimplify complex concepts. You'll contribute structured feedback that can improve analytical accuracy, market understanding, and decision support. Accountabilities
  • Evaluate advanced AI models using investment scenarios, financial questions, analytical exercises, and market-based reasoning tasks.
  • Assess model responses for factual accuracy, financial logic, analytical rigor, and real-world applicability.
  • Test AI capabilities across areas such as equity and fixed-income markets, portfolio management, asset allocation, derivatives, valuation, financial modeling, and risk management.

Requirements
