Role Overview
This role sits at the center of Travelpro's transformation-from a trusted legacy brand into a design-led, consumer-obsessed modern mobility company.
The Digital Commerce Operations Partner supports the day-to-day management and optimization of Travelpro's global Shopify eCommerce websites, contributing directly to the achievement of annual revenue, margin, and eCommerce KPI targets. Working in close partnership with the E-commerce Platform & Operations Lead and the DTC Leads, this role helps maintain site performance, executes web projects, and ensures smooth operational continuity across multiple geographies.
Success in this role means a well-functioning digital storefront - one where site issues are caught early, projects move efficiently, and customers experience a seamless path to purchase.
What You'll Do
Site Operations & Platform Management
- Provide internal support for multiple Shopify Plus instances across geographies and their associated teams
- Assist with website copy and design updates including landing page development and new on-site features
- Support web projects across multiple internal departments and external vendors, keeping timelines and deliverables on track
Order Management & Issue Resolution
- Monitor orders daily and work closely with Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to address fraud alerts, chargebacks, and delayed shipments
- Flag and escalate operational issues proactively to minimize customer impact and revenue leakage
Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with DTC Leads and the Sr. Manager, eCommerce Operations to optimize site performance
- Serve as a reliable operational resource for internal stakeholders across the eCommerce function
Requirements
What It Takes
- 1-2 years of experience operating an eCommerce website, ideally in a direct-to-consumer environment
- High proficiency in Shopify Plus store management

- Knowledge of SEM, SEO, and ERP systems a plus
Capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and project planning and tracking skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally across teams and vendors
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Why this role matters
Travelpro's DTC channel depends on a digital storefront that runs cleanly and efficiently every day. This role is the operational backbone that keeps that engine running - catching issues before they become problems, ensuring projects execute on time, and freeing up senior eCommerce leadership to focus on strategy and growth. As the DTC business scales, this role grows with it, building the operational foundation for a world-class eCommerce organization.
