As an Assistant Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the center by supporting team development, driving membership and package sales, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and helping lead a high-performing team. What You'll Do
Lead the Team
  • Support the Center Manager in overseeing daily operations
  • Coach, motivate, and develop Guest Service Associates to achieve sales goals
  • Lead by example through exceptional guest service and sales performance
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture

Drive Sales & Business Results
  • Help achieve monthly sales, membership, and guest retention goals
  • Coach the team on membership sales, package sales, retail recommendations, and rebooking strategies
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist with local marketing initiatives, community outreach, and business development efforts

Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience
  • Ensure every guest receives a welcoming and memorable experience
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
  • Maintain center standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence
