Franchise Business Consultant
Yogurtland | Full-Time | Monday–Sunday, Days & Nights
Compensation: Up to $100,000/year | Benefits Included | Travel up to 70%

Yogurtland is looking for a driven, people-focused Franchise Business Consultant who's ready to be the face of our brand for franchisees across California. You're a natural coach, a sharp operator, and a connector — someone who thrives on building relationships and helping businesses grow. If you're energized by solving problems, developing people, and making a real impact on the ground level, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

Franchise Coaching & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for franchisees in your assigned region.
  • Create and execute strategic business plans for individual franchisees based on operational and financial goals.
  • Conduct regular in-store visits and scheduled meetings to assess performance and provide coaching.
  • Proactively identify and resolve concerns within the franchise community quickly and effectively.

Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure franchisees uphold the terms of their Franchise Agreement and adhere to brand standards.
  • Partner with Compliance Managers to manage, refine, and improve compliance visit procedures.
  • Keep franchisees informed of health regulations, operational updates, and company policy changes.
  • Support new store openings, transfers, and in-store training; complete Final Construction Inspections.

Reporting & Communication

  • Deliver quarterly store performance updates to Yogurtland executive management.
  • Prepare and present weekly updates to the Operations team during department meetings.
  • Maintain detailed, up-to-date documentation of all franchisee interactions and reports.

Marketing & Team Development

  • Recommend and help formulate marketing ideas tailored to specific franchisee demographics.
  • Provide operational coaching and team-building ideas to support franchisee staff development.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or 8+ years of business experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of health regulations and HR best practices within the QSR industry.
  • ServSafe certification (or equivalent).
  • Valid driver's license, current auto liability insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
  • High energy, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
