Job description

Entrepreneur Magazine’s #1 fastest growing franchise brand (#21 business overall), Stratus Clean seeks a versatile Franchise Business Consultant (Operations Manager/Franchise Coach) for our rapidly expanding company.

As a Franchise Business Consultant, your primary goal will be to develop trusted relationships with our Unit Franchise Owners as well as our current and potential Clientele. With extensive training, strong support teams, and continual opportunity for growth, our Franchise Business Consultants develop the skills to coach and develop our Franchisees into successful business owners. Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with both Stratus Clientele and Unit Franchisees.
  • Address and resolve client complaints by working with Unit Franchisees.
  • Conduct quality audits (site inspections) to maintain high service standards.
  • Facilitate the start of services for new clients.
  • Manage transfers of service between Unit Franchisees.
  • Quote and sell one-time services to existing clients.
  • Train new and existing Unit Franchisees.
  • Conduct quarterly meetings with Unit Franchisees.
  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships
  • Some nights and weekends based on need for account transfers and training of Unit Franchisees.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License and your own vehicle
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Preferred, but not required, experience in Janitorial, Floor Care, and Carpet knowledge.
  • Proficiency in multitasking with follow through on tasks to completion.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English is preferred).
  • Ability to efficiently resolve a diverse range of customer issues.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Desire to 'coach' and build teams.
  • Computer literacy, including internet navigation and proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • HubSpot and LinkedIn familiarity is a plus.
  • Reliability and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Effective communication abilities with people from various backgrounds.
  • B2B Sales experience is a must.
  • Experience in multiunit, multilocation, restaurant service, or franchising is a plus.
