Led by the founders and the next generation of the family, PCA employs ~1,500 people across five global locations. With a focus on omnichannel distribution and fulfillment, PCA operates through multiple subsidiaries with distinct leadership and business strategies.

At BEAUTYSPACE, we believe fragrance is more than a product. It’s a personal experience, a memory, and a form of self-expression. Our first freestanding boutique, Scent Edit, will bring together a carefully curated selection of luxury, niche, and emerging fragrances in an elevated and welcoming environment where discovery and connection come first.

The Store Manager, Fragrance Shop will lead our fragrance boutique team. This role is perfect for someone who loves luxury retail, thrives on creating memorable customer experiences, and is excited to grow with a fast-growing beauty and fragrance business.

  • Lead by example on the sales floor through storytelling, fragrance discovery, and elevated selling behaviors
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development focused on fragrance knowledge, luxury selling, and client engagement
  • Celebrate team successes and create a motivating environment where people love coming to work

Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences

  • Create personalized fragrance journeys for clients through scent discovery and consultation
  • Build long-term customer relationships through clienteling and personalized follow-up
  • Ensure every customer feels welcomed, inspired, and excited to explore the world of fragrance
  • Support in-store events, fragrance launches, gifting moments, and experiential activations

Drive Store Performance

  • Own store sales performance and drive business through strong leadership and customer engagement
  • Analyze sales trends, KPIs, and opportunities to grow productivity and client retention
  • Inspire the team to achieve goals through upselling, cross-selling, and luxury service standards
  • Plan and execute in-store launches, educational moments, and promotional opportunities that drive traffic and excitement

Maintain an Elevated Store Environment

  • Ensure the boutique remains visually beautiful, organized, and aligned with luxury brand standards
  • Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and operational excellence
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, POS systems, and daily store operations efficiently

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of retail management experience, with fragrance retail experience required; experience in beauty, luxury, or specialty retail is also acceptable
  • Passion for fragrance, luxury customer service, and storytelling through scent are required
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for developing people
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Business-minded with experience driving sales and achieving KPIs
  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Social media, event planning, or experiential retail experience is a plus

What We Offer

  • Salary is commensurate with experience, $80,000 - $100,000 a year
  • Bonus opportunities
  • Employee product discounts
  • Growth and development opportunities
  • A fun, fast-paced, beauty-focused environment
