Job description

Full-Time

Osmo is hiring a Commercial Sales Manager, Fine Fragrance to grow the client side of its Elizabeth, New Jersey fragrance house. The company sells fragrance creation the way the great houses do, briefs in, submissions out, with an AI-assisted palette underneath, and this role owns the relationships that bring the briefs, a commercial motion our brief-writing coverage shows from the client's side.

About the Role

The Sales Manager builds and manages a portfolio of fine fragrance accounts, beauty and fragrance brands seeking original juice, guiding them from first conversation through brief, submission rounds, and supply. The job pairs classic fragrance-house account management with a differentiated story: faster iteration, novel molecules, and a technology platform competitors cannot copy quickly.

Who Should Apply

Sales professionals with fragrance, flavor, beauty ingredient, or adjacent B2B experience who can speak both creative and commercial; existing brand relationships are a real advantage. Full-time, based at the Elizabeth, NJ headquarters with client travel.
