This person should be proactive, curious, and energized by building relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support management and growth of fragrance oil accounts across multiple categories.
  • Prospect and develop new client relationships with emerging and independent brands.
  • Assist in fragrance presentations, evaluations, and follow-up communication.
  • Coordinate closely with evaluators, perfumers, and operations teams to support client needs.
  • Maintain strong responsiveness and thoughtful customer service throughout development cycles.
  • Track client activity, development timelines, and commercial opportunities.
  • Help identify trends and competitive activity relevant to client categories.
  • Utilize internal AI-enabled tools and market insights to support client development efforts.

Ideal Profile
  • 3+ years of fragrance house or adjacent beauty industry experience.
  • Experience supporting smaller or emerging clients preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and engaging in client conversations and presentations.
  • Strong relationship-building instincts and customer service mindset.
  • Willingness to prospect and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Comfortable with technology and interested in how AI is shaping the future of fragrance.
  • Curious, adaptable, and excited to grow within an evolving business model.
  • Energized by the unknown rather than intimidated by it.
  • Passion for fragrance, branding, and consumer products.

Base Salary: $70k-90k + Commission
If this role inspires you we'd encourage you to apply. We are committed to recruiting, developing, and retaining an incredible team optimized for a diversity of thought, background, and approaches.

Depending on the role, this may include base salary or contract-based pay, along with access to health, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match; flexible paid time off and company holidays; and equity or incentive compensation for eligible roles.
