GLOBAL MERCHANDISING APPRENTICE BURBERRY BEAUTY - RETAIL EXPERIENCE

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Retail Experience Project Manager Assistant - Burberry & Marc Jacobs & Gucci Beauty, you are/ your main focus is Merchandising Project Coordination.

You will support the development of visual merchandising guideline. Working closely with internal teams, design agencies, and external partners, you will help deliver temporary and permanent merchandising solutions, ensure brand consistency across executions, monitor project timelines, and contribute to the successful implementation of brand’s retail experience strategy.

Your main focus:

• Support the development and delivery of temporary and permanent merchandising guidelines, coordinating with design agencies and the Fashion House from creative brief to final execution.

• Translate creative concepts into technical briefs, supporting material sourcing, global production processes, and the creation of technical drawings and merchandising assets.

• Contribute to the design and production of merchandising tools for various retail environments, including semi-temporary in-store displays, permanent fixtures, local markets, and travel retail channels.

• Prepare retailtainment guideline, conduct competitive benchmarking, develop post-launch reports, update planograms using IWD software, and support the Merchandising team in daily operations.

• Monitor local market implementations, review design proposals, and ensure compliance with brand’s retail and architectural standards while supporting project timelines and deliverables.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

You like project coordination, retail design, visual merchandising, and to work across multiple departments. As a retail experience project manager assistant, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

  • Be fluent in both French and English.
  • Have knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, or similar tools. Experience with these applications is a plus.
