We are seeking an experienced Fractional CEO to provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and growth guidance for an environmental services company. This role is ideal for a proven executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly identify opportunities to improve performance, structure and profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives
  • Advise ownership/ team on operations, scaling, and organizational structure
  • Improve accountability, KPIs, and business processes
  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making
  • Mentor leadership team and strengthen company culture
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and partnerships
  • Provide executive-level leadership on a flexible, part-time basis
Qualifications
  • Previous CEO, President, COO, or senior executive experience
  • Proven track record scaling businesses and driving growth
  • Strong operational and financial acumen
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SMBs, or growth-stage companies preferred
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
