This is not an interim management assignment. This is not a consulting engagement. This is a unique opportunity to help execute, finance, and launch a founder‑led enterprise entering its capital formation and operational execution phase.

The successful executive will work directly with the Chairman of the Board of Directors to execute the Company's comprehensive 120‑Day Plan of Execution, which includes leading the Company through its initial capital formation stage.

Primary Responsibilities

The Founding Fractional Chief Executive Officer will work directly with the Chairman of the Board of Directors and will provide executive leadership during the Company's capital formation and startup execution phase.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Leading and executing the Company's comprehensive 120‑Day Plan of Execution.
  • Working with the Chairman of the Board to support the successful completion of the Company's initial Bridge Debt Loan Financing Facility.
  • Providing disciplined executive leadership during the Company's transition from capital formation to operational execution.
  • Assuming additional executive responsibilities as outlined in the Company's Executive Employment Agreement following the execution of the Company's Confidentiality, Non‑Disclosure, and Non‑Compete Agreements.

To protect the Company's confidential business strategies, intellectual property, financing initiatives, and proprietary operational plans, detailed executive responsibilities will be disclosed only after the successful candidate executes the Company's standard Confidentiality, Non‑Disclosure, and Non‑Compete Agreements.

  • Chief Executive Officer
  • President
  • Chief Operating Officer

  • Senior Executive responsible for enterprise‑wide leadership and execution

Candidates should demonstrate a proven record of executive leadership, organizational development, strategic execution, executive team building, capital formation support, and enterprise growth.

Paid Time Off: Five (5) weeks of paid annual executive vacation.

Career Path: Opportunity to transition from Founding Fractional Chief Executive Officer into the Company's long‑term Chief Executive Officer position, subject to mutual agreement of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the successful executive.

Compensation Payment Terms: The Founding Fractional Chief Executive Officer's annual base salary shall begin accruing immediately upon the mutual execution of the Executive Employment Agreement. Payment of all accrued compensation shall commence upon RLD Sustain Holdings Corporation successfully securing, obtaining approval for, and receiving funding equal to at least seventy‑five percent (75%) of its initial Bridge Debt Loan Financing Facility, unless otherwise authorized by the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Upon achieving this funding milestone, all accrued compensation shall be promptly paid through the Company's normal payroll process, after which the Chief Executive Officer shall continue to receive compensation in accordance with the Executive Employment Agreement.

Work Location: In person, Crete, IL 60417

Work Arrangement: Full‑time

This opportunity is specifically intended for an experienced executive who understands how exceptional enterprises are built from their earliest stages through disciplined leadership, organizational excellence, and long‑term execution.

Most executive opportunities involve managing companies that have already been built. This opportunity offers something far less common. It offers the opportunity to help build an enterprise from its earliest stage alongside an engaged founder and Chairman of the Board while establishing the leadership culture, operational discipline, governance framework, and execution systems that will guide the Company's long‑term success.
