Moffitt Services is a Texas-based fuel and lubricants distributor that is committed to providing quality fuels, lubricants, and superior service to customers that operate heavy equipment, generators, automotive and truck fleets, and more. We offer ultra-low sulfur diesel for on-road and off-road use, biodiesel, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), gasoline, ethanol, E85, and kerosene as well as a full line of quality lubricants. We are currently seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill an Outside Sales position in the Abilene, Texas area whose primary focus would be on the frac/oilfield industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • The individual in this role is responsible for meeting / exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned regions.
  • The individual will be responsible for directing and coordinating sales activities in the region, developing project specific sales strategies, and communicating project requirements to the company's operations and management team.
  • Account Management / Account Retention focused daily activities.
  • Target new customers and follow up on assigned sales leads.
  • Provide updated reporting on target projects and an updated market outlook for forecasting purposes.
  • Prepare and update all opportunities within CRM.
  • Investigate service complaints and assist customers in finding satisfactory solutions to sales and service problems.
  • Remain current in knowledge of competitive activities, including product lines, pricing, services, and market penetration.
  • Participate in trade shows, lunch amp; learns, and industry activities.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven Fuel and/or Lubricants Sales experience or Oilfield Services experience is required.
  • Drilling / Frac Fueling experience is desirable, but not required.
  • Candidate must be able to work independently in a home-based office.
  • Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to provide professional presentations.
  • Occasional domestic travel is required.
  • Experience with sales CRM, Customer Relationship Management tools.
  • Valid US driver's license and safe driving history
Education

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
