Job Listing: Frac Fueling Automation Technician

Location: Watford City, ND or Williston, ND
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, on-location


Position Overview

We are seeking a Frac Fueling Automation Technician to join our team in the Bakken region. This role is critical in supporting frac operations by providing automated fueling services and ensuring auxiliary equipment is properly fueled using a company-provided pickup. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of frac fueling systems, diesel products, and frac operations, while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor automated fueling systems during frac operations
  • Safely fuel auxiliary equipment using a pickup truck on location
  • Maintain accurate fueling records and ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Communicate effectively with frac crews and supervisors to coordinate fueling needs
  • Troubleshoot fueling automation systems and assist with routine maintenance
  • Uphold safety standards and environmental compliance at all times

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Working knowledge of frac operations and frac fueling processes
  • Familiarity with different diesel products and their applications
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts in outdoor, on-location environments
  • Must reside in or near Watford City, ND or Williston, ND and provide own housing

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting Pay: $20/hr DOE (Depends on Experience)
