LES TACHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR 

Dans ce role, vous serez responsable de l'examen et de l'evaluation des conceptions de logiciels embarques et de materiel electronique des fournisseurs afin de garantir leur conformite aux exigences techniques de SOGECLAIR ainsi qu'aux exigences reglementaires. Pour ce faire, vous devrez :

  • Participer aux revues preliminaires et critiques de conception des systemes chez SOGECLAIR
  • Examiner et evaluer les plans de certification des logiciels embarques et du materiel electronique des fournisseurs
  • Examiner et evaluer les conceptions de logiciels embarques et de materiel electronique (FPGA, ASIC, PLD) des fournisseurs
  • Realiser des audits techniques et de processus dans les installations des fournisseurs
  • Effectuer des revues de securite des vols
  • Evaluer les resultats et analyses des essais logiciels et materiels et determiner le statut final de conformite
  • Piloter la resolution des problematiques liees a la securite, a la conformite ou aux aspects techniques avec les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes de SOGECLAIR
  • Preparer et/ou reviser les rapports de conformite de conception
  • Contribuer a l'evolution de la feuille de route du domaine SWEL (logiciels et electronique)
  • Encadrer et accompagner des professionnels moins experimentes

TASKS YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

In your role, you will review and assess supplier's airborne software and electronic hardware designs to ensure they meet SOGECLAIR technical requirements and regulatory requirements. In order to achieve this, you will:

    • Participate to SOGECLAIR preliminary and critical system design reviews
    • Review and assess supplier's airborne software and electronic hardware certification plans
    • Review and assess supplier's airborne software and electronic (FPGA, ASIC, PLD) designs
    • Perform technical and process audits at supplier's facilities
    • Perform safety of flight reviews
    • Assess software and hardware test results and analyses and determine final compliance status
    • Lead the resolution of safety, compliance or technical deficiencies with the suppliers and SOGECLAIR stakeholders
    • Prepare and/or review design compliance reports
    • Contribute to evolution of the SWEL (Software and Electronics) domain roadmap
    • Mentor less experienced professionals

Requirements

VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL A NOTRE REUSSITE 

    • Vous detenez un diplome universitaire en genie (electronique, logiciel, aerospatial ou equivalent)
    • Vous possedez un minimum de 15 ans d'experience dans un domaine technique en ingenierie, dont au moins 10 ans en aeronautique
    • Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'experience en developpement FPGA ou ASIC et/ou en developpement de logiciels embarques pour des applications aeronautiques
    • Vous possedez une excellente connaissance des normes applicables aux logiciels embarques et au materiel electronique aeronautique ainsi que des moyens de conformite (Means of Compliance), notamment :
      • RTCA DO-178B/C, DO-248B/C, DO-254, DO-330
      • EASA CM-SWCEH-002 (associee a DO-178B) et CM-SWCEH-001
      • FAA AC 20-115D et AC 20-152A
      • FAA Order 8110.49A et 8110.105A
    • Vous avez une connaissance des environnements de gestion des exigences (DOORS, JAMA)
    • Vous maitrisez plusieurs langages de programmation (C, C++, Ada95, Assembly, Python) ainsi que plusieurs langages de description materielle
    • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des architectures informatiques embarquees
    • Vous avez une connaissance des systemes d'exploitation et des executifs temps reel
    • Vous possedez des connaissances generales en electronique et en programmation logicielle
    • Vous avez de l'experience avec les avions civils et les autorites de navigabilite
    • Vous etes membre de l'Ordre des ingenieurs du Quebec (OIQ)
    • Vous avez demontre que vous etes proactif, adaptable et flexible, que vous faites preuve d'initiative, d'innovation, et que vous avez un fort sens des responsabilites et de l'integrite

    • You hold a University engineering degree in Electronics, Software, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
    • You have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a technical engineering field, including a minimum of 10 years in aeronautics
    • You have a minimum of 5 years of FPGA or ASIC development and / or embedded software development for aerospace applications
    • You have thorough working knowledge of airborne software and electronic hardware guidance and Means of Compliances
      • RTCA DO-178B/C, DO-248B/C, DO-254, DO-330
      • EASA CM-SWCEH-002 (associated with DO-178B) and CM-SWCEH-001
      • FAA AC 20-115D and AC 20-152A

    • You have knowledge of requirements capture environments (DOORS, JAMA)
    • You have working knowledge of multiple programming languages (C, C++, Ada95, Assembly, Python) and multiple hardware description languages
    • You have knowledge of embedded computer architectures
    • You have knowledge of operating systems and real-time executives
    • You have general knowledge in electronics and software programming
    • You have experience with civil aircraft and airworthiness authorities
    • You are member of the Ordre des ingenieurs du Quebec (OIQ)
