Job description

This position is responsible for managing the product quality of supplier, monitoring and reviewing MRB inventory, driving FA process, and communicating any product quality issues to the customer or supplier.
                                            
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Communicate with other functional teams for quality improvements from product and process perception.
  • Provide support and service to RMA process and follow up to any RMA request until completion.
  • Monitor and review MRB inventory and disposition.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure appropriate and timely execution of duties and responsibilities assigned.
  • Communicate with customer for supporting and required services.
  • Oversee quality of the product the supplier has performed and continuous improvement from supplier site.
  • Interface with internal teams for quality improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
 
  • Working knowledge of Quality Management System, SAP, Agile, quality control and assurance
  • Knowledge of quality improvement, quality reporting, and manufacturing processes
  • Possess quality engineering skills such as FA/RC/CA.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have ability to remain flexible in a dynamic work environment

Education and Experience:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree related to Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering required.
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus
