Job description

Job Overview:
We're partnering with a well-established industrial manufacturing organization in the area that is looking to add a Process Controls & Electrical Engineering Manager to their team. This onsite role will support plant operations and production through troubleshooting, process improvements, and leading a variety of engineering and capital projects. You'll lead and mentor a small team of process controls and electrical engineers while also coordinating with external design resources as needed. The position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with EHS standards and electrical safety codes across the facility. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support and lead troubleshooting of process control systems and power distribution, and collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams. This role offers strong visibility and the opportunity to make a direct impact on plant performance and reliability.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
6+ years of experience in process controls and electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment
Experience with industrial power distribution systems and familiarity with PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred) and DCS platforms (e.g., Foxboro or similar) is a plus
