FOX Creator Studio (FCS), a division of FOX Entertainment, partners with leading creators to turn bold ideas into premium IP, original formats, and enduring brands, combining creator vision with FOX's scale and infrastructure. Platform agnostic by design, the studio works with digital native talent to expand their ideas across YouTube, television, streaming, film, and more.


FOX Entertainment is looking for an Senior Analyst, Operations to join Creator Studio. The Senior Analyst, Operations will support the execution of key operational priorities across the studio, helping elevate workflows, expand reporting and business analysis, and bring discipline to cross-functional planning as FOX Creator Studio scales its creator partnerships, content development, branded content, and platform initiatives.


This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytically minded operator who is excited by the intersection of entertainment, digital media, and creator-led businesses.


Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for five (5) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to meet this requirement reliably.


A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to inform operating priorities, studio planning, and business decisions across FOX Creator Studio
  • Support the evaluation of strategic and operational initiatives by working closely with stakeholders across development, production, finance, research, ad sales, and platform teams
  • Build and maintain reporting, trackers, dashboards, and presentations across multiple projects, including recurring operational and financial updates
  • Assist with business case analyses, budget tracking, workflow mapping, and process improvement efforts tied to creator partnerships and studio growth
  • Monitor market activity, platform trends, and competitive creator businesses to help identify opportunities and risks
  • Develop strong working relationships with business units and functional partners across FOX to support the execution of key Creator Studio priorities


WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, business analysis, finance, media, entertainment, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet delivery deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to execute research projects and translate data into actionable strategic and operational recommendations
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to tailor communications to a broad range of internal stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of the media industry, current market trends, and dynamics

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $74,000.00-97,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
