Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry is hiring a 1st Shift Pattern Maker in Manitowoc. We’re looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, understands how things fit together, and takes pride in building, repairing, and creating quality work.

As a Pattern Maker, you’ll work with patterns and tooling used throughout the aluminum casting process. This role involves building, fitting, repairing, modifying, and assembling patterns and related components while working from blueprints, measurements, and specifications.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys woodworking, using hand and power tools, measuring and fitting pieces together, solving mechanical problems, and seeing a project come together from start to finish.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working with their hands throughout the day.

Starting Pay: $25.79/hour. Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
