Foundry Maintenance Software Engineer

Support and enhance the Foundry platform to enable secure, efficient maritime autonomous systems

Saronic Technologies is a leader in revolutionizing defense autonomy at sea, dedicated to developing state-of-the-art solutions that enhance maritime operations for the Department of Defense (DoD) through autonomous and intelligent platforms.

Ideally, you are passionate about maritime autonomy, defense technology and love building comprehensible data models. You prioritize speed and efficiency and are interested in generating powerful analytical models and applications within our organization.

What You’ll Do:
  • Maintain and build the Foundry platform alongside Palantir specialists.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Collect requirements and write code that results in secure, timely, accurate, and reliable data models in Palantir Foundry
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology
  • 2-5 years of experience with hands-on client-facing development and data integration and analytics platforms using Palantir Foundry
  • Experience with Python and SQL
  • Experience with Pipeline Builder and Foundry's application development ecosystem
  • Experience with data modeling, ontology mapping, or data visualization within Foundry
  • Experience with Git-based code repositories and CI/CD workflows
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management, Configuration Management, MRP, ERP.
  • Experience in engineering, production and manufacturing environments and identifying processes that incorporate the three.
  • Ability to lead fast-paced, Agile environments
  • Bachelor's degree
